How to overcome From Exam Stress
Today, students are feel so much stress because of the parents pressure and also our education system may also responsible for that. I am going to teach you some stress buster and also some dos and don'ts during your exam.
1. Make a Time table
Scheduling your time according to your subjects is very importent as many students miss the important topics and get panic during the exam.
2.Take short breaks
Do not sit 3-4 hours continuously for reading. take short breaks at every 1 hour and relax for 10 to 15 minutes. In your short breaks, wash your face with cool water, listen your favourite song or do some small excercises.
3. Do not distract
During your exam period it is better to stay away from Phone, Laptop, TV, and Gaming. This all things may distract you and waste your time. Also, do not waste your time in chatting wit your friends about how much he has read. Just focus on your study.
4. Take a Good sleep
I think most of the students have the habit to study over night, which actually feel them with lack of sleep. Lack of sleep may reduce your concentration power so, a sound sleep of atleast 7 to 8 hours is recommanded.
5. Tips to follow during exams
1. Divide your time according to your question. Do not spend much time on any questions and run at last.
2. Do think about hows your freinds doing in exam and how much supplementry he has filled.
3. If you feel sterss, take a long breeth or drink some water.
4. Do not left any question blank, write as much as you know.

1. Do not discuss about the paper and try to slove with your friends, because it will put you in stress.
2. Go to your home and relax for some time before start reading for next subject. Also, do nit think about the previous paper.
3. Do not waste your time in discussion with your friends, just avoid them and focus on your study.
4. Do not addict to tea or smoking during your exam. It may not help you out.
